MOSCOW, December 4 (Itar-Tass) - The foreign ministers of the Collective Security Treaty Organisation (CSTO) countries will take a common stance at the session of the OSCE Foreign Ministers' Council devoted to a new treaty of European security, due to be held in Helsinki on Thursday, an official at the press service of the CSTO’s Secretariat told Tass.
